The Fort Smith Tankerbase is located at the Airport in Fort Smith in the Northwest Territories. Two CL-215s are stationed there from late May to late August to provide Forest Fire Suppresssion in the NWT and northeren Alberta. For a birddog, a King Air 90 is utilized.
